Vernatte is a digital products marketplace operated by Marc-Arthur Samuel Dalus under Cobinar Systems. Products available on Vernatte include templates, plugins, themes, assets, tools, and courses for digital creators.
When you purchase a product on Vernatte, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own projects (personal and commercial, unless otherwise stated in the product description).
After a successful payment, your download becomes available for 10 minutes from the time of purchase. After this window, you can re-access your purchase at any time by signing in and visiting My Receipts — your receipt history is stored permanently in your account (until you delete it).

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds after a file has been downloaded. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of:

Creators are responsible for keeping their product pages accurate. Vernatte reserves the right to remove any product that misrepresents its contents.
All products listed on Vernatte remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Vernatte's own branding, design system, and platform code are the property of Cobinar Systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vernatte and Cobinar Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased on this platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
We may update these terms as the platform grows. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of Vernatte after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting vernatte@vernatte.com.
